Dr. Weber has worked with the National Association of State Department of Agriculture (NASDA) and their focus on developing, in concert with the FDA, States and Extension professionals, the On-Farm Readiness Review process and resources. This effort is in support of the “Educate Before You Regulate” approach to produce safety. In addition to produce related outbreak investigation experience, Dr. Weber has also participated in OFRR trainings on farms and attended the Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) Grower Training.
